My workshops primarily focus on the transformative power of breathwork for nervous system regulation, stress management, and burnout prevention. I offer half- and full-day workshops tailored for businesses, universities, and healthcare facilities, equipping individuals with practical tools for lasting well-being.

Retreats provide a powerful space to bring this vision to life, both personally and collectively.
