INTEGRATIVE MIND-BODY THERAPY

I am a Clinical Neuropsychologist, Cognitive Neuroscientist and Yoga Therapist. For the past decade, I have been combining my background in psychology and neuroscience, with my passion for yoga as a healing modality. I believe that Western Science and Eastern Wisdom Traditions beautifully complement each other in their perspectives on how we function as human beings, and that combined they provide a powerful integrative toolbox for healing and personal development.

In my work with clients I adopt an integrative approach, based on my background in Psychology, Neuroscience, Yoga Therapy and Coaching.

“Laura is an amazing listener and very knowledgeable. She inspires a sense of balance and of a safe home during her sessions and through the yoga practices.”

— Gladys Yumet, Yoga Therapist

“Working with Laura has been a landmark in my life. She has an uncanny intuition for the needs of her clients, and creates a tailored practice that, for me, has been a critical element missing in my life.”

— Kevin Mahany, Entrepreneur / Musician

I operate within a somatic framework of healing and transformation, and the core of my work consists of helping clients to regulate their nervous system. This involves learning to observe how mental and emotional imbalances manifest in our physical body, and then use both “top-down” (cognitive) and “bottom-up” (somatic) strategies to regulate them.
