I am passionate about helping people regulate their nervous system, build resilience, and experience greater stability – especially in environments that are fast-paced, demanding, and high-responsibility. I offer half-day and full-day workshops, with a curriculum specifically designed for businesses, organizations, universities, and Healthcare settings. Each workshop is intentionally made accessible, evidence-informed, and directly applicable to real-life demands.
Participants will experience practical tools they can immediately integrate into daily life and work, and walk away with:

Retreat Facilitation
Supporting deeper connection to self, others, and what matters most
I partner with retreat hosts and organizations to facilitate nervous system regulation, breathwork, and embodied practices within existing retreat experiences.
Retreats offer a unique environment – a temporary shift away from daily demands – where deeper integration becomes possible.
I facilitate single-day to week-long retreats, collaborating closely with hosts to co-create an experience that aligns with their vision.
My goal is always the same: to leave participants with practical, embodied tools they can carry into daily life.
